I was scolded by Minda and Caroline str in the face yday afternoon for giving discount to Caroline's client.

I gave Caroline's client discount cos she my client's friend. and my client asked me to help her cos she dun like Caroline and she think the price is too high.

So what i do for her is to throw in flower for the client tat all..

And the client wan photography, so i just give her a good package price which Arvinna offer to me...

And i told the client tat, i will throw in the flowers and car deco, photo with Chris Ling, of 20pages in small album, CD ROM. on top of that, i will give her up free up size ,one big frame and 8 more pages.

Therefore the clients asked me to attend to her.

So i told Caroline, then they scolded me cos i undercut her price.. Then Minda also said tat..

WoW la ma.....

Since where i undercut her price???

I just give her photo and flower at cost price tat all.. i didn't add in any profit to the thingy that i gave only... i still follow the price what Caroline gave lol...

They said i make them look bad, and i look good...

Pls lol, it just how you package the package to make it different only.

I was so angry, and almost wan to cry...

Then Caroline said i dun need to attend to her client, she will attend herself.
Pls lol...
in the first place, the client dun want her already.

So i told my client i got thing one, and cannot make it..
My client is so angry with me..

Deep in me.....

I was thinking.....

All the pple in the shop always said that it OK for client to go for other designer...
Client can chose their designer, etc...

But the fact is, KENJI client can chose and go with other designer.
Caroline and Minda one cannot.
Therefore it OK for kenji's client to go with them, but not their clients.

Also, it OK for them to lower the price, but it no OK for me to lower the price..

I told Caroline str in her face after the client when off tat I'm not very happy of what she commented.

Cos she also do tat to my client that went to her, and i'm bare with it.
and i asked Minda whether she got lower the price when my clients when to her.

And TAT Bxxxh said she didn't lower it and just give a DISCOUNT cos the client that the DBS package...

OMG..

I'm here to clean thing out with Caroline, and she said she didn't do tat, which what she always do when my clients went to her.

I dun know what she thinking...

Not helping at all..
and also, i dun like to keep thing to myself..

I am very angry..

Tat why i'm blogging this as a note, so one day, if i'm not working, i will tell minda that she not a good boss as she dun know how to help the staff to mend relationship and cannot control her emotion.

That why i dun like female boss.....
Think guy is much more better....
