I think i going to quit my job this yr.
Cos i didn't get a pay rise.
and we work like shit lol..

Caroline saw the pay cheque on Monday, and the very next thing to tell Minda that she taking off on Tues.

I asked her why suddenly wanna take off..
she said work so hard, and no pay encasement.. so what the point?

Therefore I'm took a off on Friday.

Caroline and I have decided in Jan that if we get pay rise, in any amt best is $200up, we will stay.
if dun have, she going to back to her school to teach design.

Hmmm
Where should i go them??

Truth specking my pay now is quite high as in i get more sale so more comm..
but i cannot stand the basic pay.

Maybe Minda think we got alot of comm liao, so dun need pay rise..

Pay rise is base on our company performance lol..
not how much we take home lol..
and i know our company is doing very very well...

That why Caroline and me are going to have a asst designer soon...
and we are going to incharge one shop each by end of this yr.

Therfore we going to have 2 Shops, one is made to measure and the other is off the rack.

Sian, so much work, and so little $$$..
cannot stand it la..
Think i go TP there and work, my pay sure alot lo.. cos i just need to talk and close sale.
the rest give to the gal to do follow up..

The worst thing is that the inflation rate is so high...
and our pay is so low.
Damn
when i have the ability to buy a LV bag one a mth??

How to be Tai tai when i'm just a sale designer???
think i better think of marry a rich man, tai tai, guy, gal, watever la,
as long as i can get rich..
