I was sad and feeling angry yday over the issues of 3K

Early in the morning, my client call me saying tat she cancel her wedding...

So i asked her why she cancel, she said tat she check her hubby-to-be bank account and she find out he only got 3k in the bank.

The gal is just abit smaller of my size and she think she is a queen ah, make the guy dry for the wedding and now no money so cancel the wedding..

On the other hand, i feel sad for that guy la...

As for the angry thingy,
i tot of getting a 2nd hand car from my friend.
the price offer is $37k
then he said can take a $38 loan, in case he need to pay the bank
so i ok..
then he said the bank outstanding loan is $40k+
so ask if i can do a $39k loan, so i said ok la, dun make him make a lose.

but late in the nite, he wan me to apply a $42k loan..
